Peggy was born March 21, 1927 in Russell, Kansas.  She was the daughter of Kenneth and Glady (Barton) Erwin.  She grew up in Russell and graduated from Russell High School. Peggy was united in marriage to Ardean Boxberger on October 14, 1956 in Russell.  This union was blessed with two sons; Kent and Kurt.  They made their home in Russell. Edwin Carl Hofstetter, 100 years 8 months, passed away February 11, 2022, at Providence Place in Kansas City, Kansas. Edwin was born June 10, 1921, to Henry and Williamina (Beisner) Hofstetter at their home in rural Osborne County north of Natoma, Kansas. He graduated from Natoma High School.
