Cynthia Lou Pitcock, 75, of Russell, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at the Russell Regional Hospital. Cynthia was born January 24, 1947 in Russell, Kansas.  She was one of four daughters born to Dean and Marjorie (Pope) Dumler.  She grew up in Russell and graduated from Russell High School.  She graduated from Ft. Hays State University with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology.  She then attended and graduated from Frostburg University with a Masters Degree in Phycology.  Cynthia was difference maker.
